Staff were really unhelpful and told me there was nothing wrong with my car (which was incorrect). They behaved as though they'd done me a huge favour by cleaning a malfunctioning sensor during my warranty and said there was nothing more they could do. When my car broke down a few days later, they claimed they were too busy to fit me in at all and the only availability they had was the day after my warranty expired. I took it to another garage who found the problem and it cost 100 to fix; this had clearly been the issue that should have been found when I came to this garage. I'm unsure whether it was lack of competence or lack of desire to carry out work under warranty but either way I'm out 100 and received little to no customer service for my trouble.Overall really disappointing. Would not recommend.
